It's been a while. I've been heads-down building apps and realised something

We should just be talking to each other.

It's for indie builders and small teams who want to ship utility/subscription apps without burning money on ads. Organic growth, smart ASO, and actually launching things.
Here's what I'm thinking - instead of me sending occasional emails, we can:
Share what's actually working (and what's not)
Get feedback on apps before launch
Ask questions and get real answers
Celebrate wins together
